Growing Native Azaeleas from Seed
Join us for an informative demonstration on how to grow native azaleas from seed. Native azaleas, members of the genus Rhododendron, are popular landscape plants with colorful flowers that occur in spring into summer. This timely program will show you how to collect and sow the tiny seeds. The program presenters, Hayes Jackson and Jeff Cody, will then cover subsequent care of the seedlings once they germinate. This program is $5 for non-members and free for members. RSVP by calling 256-237-6766.
