Ribbon Cutting for Back in Balance Yoga
We offer accessible yoga including Chair yoga, Therapeutic yoga, Yoga for Flexibility (Yin Yoga), and Yoga for Stress and Anxiety. Fitness classes include BUTI yoga and DEEP yoga for the core.
Traditional classes are Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga (Yoga for Flexibility).
