Merchandising Manager
Creedmoor Sports is creating a new position to help in a variety of areas of our business.
Requirements:
Undergrad in Marketing
Familiar with customers and industry
Passion for marketing and firearms
Great communication skills internally and externally
Good at working with teams as leader and as participant
Good analytical skills
Strong Microsoft skills especially Excel and other analytical tools
Responsibilities:
Finding products to carry
Creating in house products
Writing copy
Photography
Uploading products to website
Assigning appropriate filters and categories to products
Championing Creedmoor and the products at events, competitions, and on the phone
Technical support
Determining any gaps in current product portfolio for needed products
Building relationships with suppliers to determine promotional products, bundled packages, etc
Building long term needs plans internally and in cooperation with key suppliers (not all)
Ability and drive to foresee long term industry trends so we can get out in front of growth areas
Build monthly plans and measure those plans to determine successes and failures. Utilize for advance planning.
Help with cash forecasting by creating buy plans.
