About Us

My focus is getting to know what is important to my clients. I believe it's important to invest my time to understand what you're working toward before you invest your money. It's also important to understand the level of risk you're comfortable accepting when investing so we can balance it with the steps necessary to reach your goals.

But we're not alone. Thousands of people and advanced technology support my office so that we can help you reach your long-term financial goals. Working closely with your CPA, attorney and other professionals, I can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family.

I started my career as a financial advisor with Edward Jones in November 2016. Prior to joining the firm, I worked in education as an ROTC assistant college professor of military science at Jacksonville State University for 13 years, while simultaneously serving as an officer in the Army Reserves.

I was commissioned as an Active Duty Army Officer in 1989 and served 30 years. After leaving active duty for eight months, I entered the Army Reserves in 1993, and have been in the Army Reserves until my retirement in June 2019. During my 30 years as an officer, I have served on four different long tour deployments. My first was during the Gulf War in Saudi Arabia, then I served on two different tours in Afghanistan, and then my last deployment was a few years ago in Kuwait.

Partnering with individuals, families and small businesses in achieving their financial goals is a passion for me, and being a financial advisor affords me that opportunity.
