Join us for the 21st Annual Economic Forum, presented by the Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitors Center and the Jacksonville State University School of Business & Industry!
Refreshments will be served at 7:30 AM and the program will begin at 8 AM.

with Guest Speaker: Jay Culver, Managing Direction, Regions Bank Capital Markets
Mr. Culver serves as a Managing Director for the Financial Risk Management Group
within the Capital Market Division at Regions Bank, covering various geographies as well as the Energy & Natural Resources Industry group. Jay has over 25 years of experience in financial risk management including interest rates, commodities and
foreign exchange. Prior to joining Regions in 2007, Mr. Culver was a Principal in Bank of America’s derivatives group providing risk management solutions to corporate clients in the Consumer / Retail and Paper, Packaging and Forest Products industry groups and was a team leader for Middle Market Derivatives in the Mid-West. In addition to these capital market roles, Jay also has experience in lending through positions with Wachovia Corporation and the Farm Credit System.
A native of Aurora, NY, Mr. Culver received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University. In addition, Jay is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
