Alabama’s soil isn’t always fit for certain crops or flowers, but even when it is, some plants need a bit more help to thrive. Composting is a fantastic way to grow healthy plants and to give back to your environment. Come learn how to begin your own compost piles, materials that make for good composting, and where to find composting containers for an array of prices! This program is included in museum admission. Program is limited to 40 people and designed for ages 9 and up. Pre-registration is required to reserve your seat. Visit www.ExploreAMAG.org to register online or call 256-237-6766.
